Online video showed a man — widely believed to be the school’s principal — seen verbally abusing a local security officer, including using offensive language, during confrontation aboard a tour bus, reportedly triggered by a parking dispute.
In a statement, the governing body emphasised that the school and its sponsoring body have always placed the highest priority on staff professional conduct.
“Should any teaching or administrative staff [be] involved in misconduct or inappropriate behaviour, the school will inevitably conduct investigations and follow-up actions in accordance with established procedures,” the statement read.
The governing body said it’s highly concerned about the case and it’s working closely with the tour operator to obtain full details of the incident.
Outcomes of the investigation will be provided to all students, parents, and staff at a later date.
