Xi urged China and Vietnam to jointly oppose power politics and unilateralism.

Beijing and Hanoi signed dozens of cooperation agreements, including on supply chains, artificial intelligence, joint maritime patrols and railway development, during the president’s visit.
According to one of the cooperation documents, the two sides agreed that China will carry out feasibility studies for two planned rail links.
One connects southern Guangxi region to the Vietnamese capital Hanoi; the other involves a new line linking Shenzhen and Haiphong.
