The MTR on Monday morning announced that services between Hang Hau and Po Lam stations on the Tseung Kwan O line have been suspended because of an equipment fault on a train at Po Lam.
Trains are still running at reduced intervals elsewhere on the line – with 12 minutes intervals per train running between North Point and Hang Hau, and four minutes per train between North Point and Lohas Park.
The MTR has advised commuters to consider using alternative means of transport. It said a free shuttle bus service is being arranged.
