Customs have charged a man with trafficking in a dangerous drug.
Officers detained the 45-year-old at Hong Kong International Airport on Friday, after he had flown in from Jamaica.
Officers suspected he had concealed drugs inside his body and he was sent to hospital.
The following day he discharged 86 pellets containing about 770 grammes of suspected cocaine in total.
Police say the drugs have a street value of HK$610,000.
