Hong Kong stocks ended lower on Thursday with the benchmark Hang Seng Index down 0.58 percent to close at 23,462.
The index is now on a five-day losing streak.
The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index inched down 0.48 percent to finish at 8,640, while the Hang Seng Tech Index fell 1.67 percent to 5,747.(Xinhua and agencies)
