Hong Kong, 13 April 2026 – Frasers Hospitality, a unit of Frasers Property Limited, announced a $140 million asset enhancement initiative (AEI) covering properties in Kuala Lumpur, London, Melbourne, and Singapore. The programme aims to boost income resilience, long-term portfolio performance, and sustainability standards across its hospitality assets.
The plan includes a full repositioning of Capri by Fraser in London, inventory optimisation at Novotel Melbourne on Collins, sustainability-focused upgrades at The Westin Kuala Lumpur, and a luxury heritage transformation for Frasers House in Singapore. Completion dates range from February 2027 to December 2027, with phased refurbishments designed to enhance revenue potential while preserving income continuity.
Frasers Hospitality said the enhancements target structural hospitality trends such as rising demand for experiential stays, design-led environments, and stronger environmental performance. The company expects the investments to improve RevPAR, asset liquidity, and long-term value creation.
