Veteran Advisor Appointed to Lead Advisory & Transaction Services Strategy
CBRE has announced the promotion of Ryan Jones to Vice Chairman, Advisory & Transaction Services – Office Services in Hong Kong, effective immediately. With more than 20 years of experience in Hong Kong’s office market, Jones has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor, particularly across the financial, legal, and technology sectors.
Ryan’s expertise spans relocations, rent reviews, lease renewals, restructures, dispositions, market analysis, and occupancy planning. He will continue to report to Ada Fung, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services at CBRE Hong Kong.
