In a statement, Cathay Pacific said it now planned to resume its daily flights to Dubai on October 25, and its four-times weekly flights to Riyadh on October 26.
The airline had originally planned to restart the flights on September 1.
Cathay said affected travellers would be offered the flexibility to rebook, reroute or refund their tickets. It said it would continue to closely monitor the evolving situation in the Middle East.
