Beijing, April 24, 2026 – Alipay and Banma Intelligence jointly unveiled a new AI-powered smart cockpit solution integrating the in-car version of Alipay’s “AI Pay” during the Beijing Auto Show. The system enables vehicle owners to complete purchases such as movie tickets, hotel bookings, and food orders entirely via voice commands.
Banma said the solution bridges the final gap in smart cockpit experiences, allowing seamless end-to-end services without requiring drivers to scan codes or use mobile phones. The AI agent-powered system supports natural language processing for service activation, confirmation, and payment execution.
The companies said the solution has undergone technical integration with multiple major automakers and is scheduled to roll out with new car models in the second half of 2026. Alipay added that the in-car AI payment platform is open to the entire automotive industry, aiming to enhance secure, contactless in-vehicle transactions.
