Police have arrested the driver of a private car, who allegedly fled following a three-vehicle pile-up in the Shing Mun Tunnel on Monday morning.
Officers arrested the 34-year-old man in Tsuen Wan on Monday afternoon on suspicion of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm and other charges linked to leaving the scene of an accident and not reporting it.
Four people were hurt in the accident, which involved two private cars and a taxi.
