More than 80 people were evacuated following a fire in Tsing Yi on Sunday morning.
Police received reports at around 4am, stating that a blaze had broken out at Villa Esplanada in Nga Ying Chau Street.
Firefighters arrived at the scene and put out the flames in about 50 minutes.
One man suffered leg injuries while escaping. He was sent to hospital for treatment.
Reports said flammable items were found at the scene.
