GUANGZHOU, China, May 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — MODENA Engineering & Construction (MODENA E&C), part of the global enterprise MODENA group has entered into a strategic partnership with China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau International Engineering Co., Ltd. (Fourth Engineering Bureau International / CC4) to support the advancement of construction initiatives globally. The Agreement was signed by Jenny Chen, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at MODENA China, and He Ji Peng, Executive General Manager at CSCEC, and witnessed by Sung Yong Hong, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MODENA, and Liang Dingsong, Deputy General Manager CSCEC.

Launching MODENA E&C, the Engineering & Construction arm of MODENA Group, in strategic alliance with CSCEC—World’s Largest Construction Company—to accelerate infrastructure and plant development across Indonesia, China, Russia, Uzbekistan, and the GCC. Signed by Jenny Chen (MODENA) and He Ji Peng (CSCEC), witnessed by Sung Yong Hong and Liang Dingsong.
Launching MODENA E&C, the Engineering & Construction arm of MODENA Group, in strategic alliance with CSCEC—World’s Largest Construction Company—to accelerate infrastructure and plant development across Indonesia, China, Russia, Uzbekistan, and the GCC. The global partnership will look into joint projects across China, Indonesia, Russia, Uzbekistan, and the GCC, as key focus markets, utilizing Modular Integrated Construction (MIC) technology. Under the agreement, MODENA E&C will lead development and project integration, while CC4 will serve as the core construction partner. The collaboration focuses on key segments including infrastructure, building, housing, plant and energy—sectors aligned for a growing urban landscape and investment priorities.
