The project commenced in April 2024 and was successfully completed in December 2024. The Synpulse team built a single platform to manage the front-end customer investment journey for KBank Private Banking.
A key challenge the project aimed to address was the limitations of several front-end tools, which often constrained relationship managers from providing timely, tailored support to their clients. Designed and built specifically to meet KBank Private Banking’s requirements, the new platform removes these barriers by streamlining workflows and enabling a more intelligent, responsive experience. It is now being rolled out beyond private banking to retail banking, ensuring a broader impact on the bank’s wealth management ecosystem.
Wealth Cockpit is an innovative relationship manager (RM) platform that consolidates and simplifies wealth managers’ workflows by integrating all essential tools into a single, unified system. Traditionally, RMs rely on multiple front-end systems for various tasks, from onboarding, providing advisory services to executing transactions.
