In 2022, Kizaki took over the leadership of MJG INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., a Singapore-based business previously overseen by his younger brother. The company was experiencing financial headwinds at the time, prompting a full operational review. His strategic adjustments to systems, services, and customer operations laid the groundwork for long-term stability and growth.
JBT integrates traditional manual techniques with a systematic approach to training, performance tracking, and service delivery. With stable foundations in place, the company now plans to establish 100 franchise centres across Asia.
