He said with plenty of challenges from the external environment, there’s always room for improvement as far as governance is concerned.
“It is my responsibility to take the lead, steering Hong Kong’s development in a better, more stable manner,” Lee wrote on social media as he posted for the second straight day about his policy ideas.
Lee said everyone needs to keep working hard for the people, be willing to reform, and be innovative.
He said the Northern Metropolis would be an economic growth engine and that projects, like the San Tin Technopole, would help drive scientific research here.
The Chief Executive said Hong Kong will speed up its development into an international innovation and technology hub and make extra efforts to develop the low-altitude economy.
Lee went on to say the SAR needs to be clear about its position on the international stage while integrating into the nation’s development plans.
