Euclid Transactional Adds First Tax Underwriter Based in APAC

SINGAPORE, April 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Euclid Transactional, LLC (“Euclid Transactional”), a leading managing general agent focused on transactional insurance underwriting and claims handling, today announced that Wai Ling Low has joined as Senior Vice President and Tax Underwriter, APAC.

Wai Ling’s core responsibilities include supporting Euclid Transactional’s key broker partners by underwriting specific tax liability risks, representing the first tax underwriter based in the APAC region to join Euclid Transactional’s global tax insurance team. Wai Ling reports into Chris Waddington, Managing Director and Head of Tax (EMEA and APAC).

Wai Ling brings fourteen years of experience in advising clients on complex international tax issues, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She is an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) of the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals and holds a BBA (Accountancy) from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining Euclid Transactional, Wai Ling was an Associate Partner with EY Singapore, preceded by a role with PwC’s corporate tax advisory team.
