The cover of the blueprint’s booklet will be green again, he said, adding that this represents vibrancy and continuity.
The CE said the choice of colour also indicates that government policies and the SAR’s vitality will continue, for a better tomorrow.
“The theme this year is to deepen reform, taking care of people’s livelihood, and then we could leverage on our advantage and build a better future,” he said.
“We will still focus on the economy and improve people’s livelihood. Because that’s been my philosophy over the years – that is we need to develop the economy and improve people’s livelihood.”
More than 40 consultations sessions were held in recent months for Lee to seek the views of the public.
He said the administration has received over 10,000 submissions from various channels, and thanked people for expressing their opinions.
The CE added that there are short, medium and long term policies in his fourth policy blueprint.
