NEW YORK and HONG KONG, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — CSTS Enterprises (‘CSTS’), the integrated media, entertainment, sports, and travel technology group, today announced the appointment of Carlos Pulido as Regional Director of Sports at CSTS Enterprises and CSTS Hospitality.
Carlos Pulido is appointed to Regional Director of Sports, CSTS Enterprises and CSTS Hospitality, to accelerate global sports hospitality growth.
In his new roles, Pulido will lead CSTS’ regional sports strategy, drive commercial growth and innovation, and deepen international relationships with rights holders, hospitality providers, and global brands. His appointment underscores CSTS’ commitment to expanding its sports business and delivering world-class fan experiences across key markets.
Pulido brings nearly three decades of international leadership experience across sports, hospitality, and premium events. Prior to joining CSTS, Pulido held senior executive positions across the global sports hospitality landscape, including On Location and Winterhill Hospitality. He also advised on global tournament travel programmes, including the Bangkok 1998 Asian Games, the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Korea and Japan, the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany and the United States’ FIFA World Cup bid initiatives. Throughout his career, he has built an extensive global network and helped bridge industries and markets through innovative commercial partnerships and audience engagement strategies.
