Luis Diaz doubled the German side’s advantage in the 73rd minute.
João Gomes pulled one back for Aston Villa but it was too little, too late.
Bayern won 2-1.
The pre-season friendly was the third and final exhibition match in a week at Kai Tak Stadium.
