A fire broke out in the kitchen of a restaurant in Jordan on Thursday morning, with firefighters called to the scene.
Police received multiple reports at around 9.30am that thick smoke was coming from a restaurant near the junction of Nathan Road and Austin Road.
Customers were able to leave the premises themselves and the fire was put out later.
Preliminary investigations suggest the blaze started from a kitchen exhaust hood. No injuries were reported.
