HONG KONG, Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Finloop Finance Technology Holding Limited (“Finloop Holding”), an AI-driven global one-stop wealth technology platform, and Anchorpoint Financial Limited (“Anchorpoint”), a Hong Kong-licensed stablecoin issuer, today jointly announced that Finloop Holding’s subsidiary, Finloop Finance Limited (“Finloop”), has joined HKDAP (“HKD At Par”) Beta Access as one of the initial authorised distributors. Finloop will provide compliant and efficient distribution access and liquidity support for HKDAP.
As Hong Kong’s first regulated Hong Kong Dollar-backed stablecoin, HKDAP has commenced its institutional rollout via Beta Access. Finloop has completed the necessary integration process with Anchorpoint and will be providing services to eligible institutions, corporate users, and professional investors starting from next week. Eligible users can access HKDAP through the Finloop platform, including subscription, redemption, exchange, trading and settlement services.
Finloop holds the Type 1 licence granted by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and is eligible to provide virtual asset dealing services. Finloop has also developed capabilities across RWA (Real World Assets) issuance and distribution, and has been active in Hong Kong’s tokenisation market. During HKDAP Beta Access, Finloop and Anchorpoint are exploring commercial use cases including cross-border payments, trade finance and RWA tokenisation, demonstrating how regulated tokenised money can support real-economy activities through more efficient settlement and value transfer capabilities.
