HONG KONG, June 4, 2026 — Fortress, a member of AS Watson Group, announced its largest service upgrade to date, featuring faster delivery, extended after-sales coverage, and a new pricing strategy to strengthen its offline-plus-online (O+O) retail operations. The initiative includes an enhanced “Double 12 Delivery Service” offering same-day delivery for orders placed before noon and next-day delivery for late-night orders, covering over 40,000 products.
The company reported double-digit year-on-year growth in O+O sales, fueled by strong demand for AI-driven products, smart wearables, and pet-related gadgets. To build consumer confidence, Fortress also extended its return and exchange period to 30 days, targeting customers purchasing innovative technology products.
Fortress operates nearly 60 stores across all 18 districts in Hong Kong and continues to emphasize a hybrid shopping experience, combining in-store consultations with digital services such as Click & Collect and Chat & Buy. The retailer is launching promotional campaigns through July 7, 2026, featuring discounts of up to 64% off on over 200 popular tech and home products.
