Hong Kong, 20 August 2025 — Kingsoft Corporation Limited (3888.HK), a leading Chinese software and internet service company, announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. Revenue for the first half of 2025 rose 1% year-on-year to RMB 4.65 billion, with office software contributing 57% and online games 43% of total revenue. Gross profit was RMB 3.77 billion.
For Q2 2025, revenue was RMB 2.31 billion, down 7% year-on-year. Office software and services revenue grew 14% to RMB 1.36 billion, offsetting a 26% decline in gaming and others to RMB 952 million. Profit attributable to owners was RMB 816 million for the half year, up from RMB 678 million in 2024.
Office Software and AI Expansion
Kingsoft Office launched WPS AI 3.0 during the period, integrating its intelligent agent ‘WPS Lingxi’ to embed AI directly into office workflows. The company also upgraded WPS 365 with AI-driven messaging, meeting, and email assistants. International expansion continued with development of the new WPS International Edition.
Gaming Highlights
The online games segment contributed RMB 1.99 billion in 1H 2025. Flagship titles like JX3 Online maintained user engagement, while The Fate of Sword: Zero introduced new gameplay within the classic JX IP. Mecha BREAK launched its global public beta in July, topping Steam’s “Most Played” and “Trending Games” charts on day one, and receiving high ratings from outlets like IGN. Upcoming titles include Goose Goose Duck, which exceeded 5 million pre-registrations, and Cats & Soup: Magic Recipe, approved for launch later this year.
