
Chief Executive John Lee is set to unveil Hong Kong’s First Five-Year Plan and his Policy Address in the Legislative Council on Wednesday.
Live broadcasts of Mr Lee’s speech will be will be accessible across dedicated government websites, while the complete texts will be published online immediately following his speech.
Physical copies of the documents can be obtained at all the Home Affairs Department’s 20 Enquiry Centres.
Booklets containing the highlights of the Hong Kong’s First Five-Year Plan and the Policy Address will be distributed across 17 government office buildings, seven public libraries, five museums and 66 shopping centres located within public housing estates.
