The Guard said it struck “key infrastructure and facilities” at US bases in Arifjan and Ali Al Salem in Kuwait, and Juffair and Sheikh Isa in Bahrain with missiles and drones.
They also warned their responses would expand to other bases across the region if US attacks were repeated.
Iran has asserted that the interim ceasefire deal gives it the right to manage traffic through the strait.
Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, a key negotiator in talks seeking a permanent end to the war, was defiant on Thursday morning.
“The US has yet to learn that bullying and breaking its commitments no longer come without a cost,” he wrote on X.
“Let me be clear: If you strike, you will be struck back.
“The Strait of Hormuz will be reopened only under Iranian arrangements, not through US threats.”
Kuwait’s Defense Ministry said it was intercepting missiles and drones, while Qatar briefly issued an “elevated security threat” alert before later giving the all-clear.
The US Central Command said its forces struck approximately 90 Iranian military targets in its latest attacks, releasing black-and-white footage of what appeared to be strikes on an airport runway and missile launchers.
For the first time since April, it also appeared the US strikes targeted Iranian bridges. (Agencies)
