J&T Global Express Limited reported a record-breaking performance during the 2025 Double 11 peak season, with global daily parcel volume surpassing 100 million on November 11, up 9% year-on-year. From November 1 to 12, the company handled an average of 94.59 million parcels per day, a 15% increase compared to last year. Southeast Asia and New Markets were the key growth engines, posting impressive year-on-year increases of 78% and 83% respectively, as the company strengthened its role in the global e-commerce supply chain.
Across Southeast Asia, parcel demand surged, with the Philippines seeing volumes rise up to 55% during Double 11, and Vietnam recording a 211% year-on-year jump from November 1 to 11. In China, J&T continued to support SMEs through differentiated services, next-day delivery reliability, and network upgrades, including enhancements at 57 sorting centers and over 1,000 last-mile outlets. The company also expanded its unmanned delivery vehicle fleet to more than 1,000 nationwide. In new markets such as Brazil and Egypt, J&T achieved strong momentum, with Brazil’s daily volume surpassing 1 million items and Egypt seeing a 41% increase in parcels from noon. J&T plans to further deepen global coverage and invest in automation to support ongoing e-commerce growth.
Bolstered by peak-season performance and upgraded infrastructure across Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, J&T Express showcased its global operational resilience and technological capabilities. With expanded capacity—such as Thailand’s 80% sorting boost and additional automated systems—J&T continues to drive efficiency across the logistics chain. Looking ahead, the company will focus on strengthening its global network while delivering faster, more reliable and customer-centric logistics solutions to power the continued rise of cross-border e-commerce.
