Austria won the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest in Basel early Sunday, with Israel in second place and Estonia third.
With his falsetto voice and an angelic smile, Johannes Pietsch, alias JJ, won 436 points with “Wasted Love”, catapulting Austria to its first Eurovision victory since the triumph of bearded drag performer Conchita Wurst 11 years ago. (AFP)
