Throughout the event, it completed 900 full‑cycle orders, 1,775 picks and 1,560 packing cycles to prove its stable performance.
The firm also demonstrated the world’s first robot‑on‑robot assembly application. Drawing on vision positioning, dual‑arm coordination and force‑feedback, plus reinforcement‑learning‑driven embodied foundation models, it achieved over 30% speed gain compared to manual teaching for long‑cycle mass‑production assembly.
Galaxea AI premiered Nexo, its new‑generation wheeled dual‑arm robot with 30 degrees of freedom, 20 kg dual‑arm payload and 8‑hour runtime for manufacturing, logistics and commercial services. Lemo developer platform and Kengo bipedal humanoid rounded out its product portfolio.
Additional demos including biped‑robot parkour training, resilient carton folding, arbitrary‑object grasping and industrial‑part sorting used intentional perturbations of position offsets and random poses to mimic real-world uncertainties.
