Hong Kong–listed Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited has launched an upgraded version of its AI-powered medical service, Ping An AI Doctor, fully integrated across multiple Ping An Group applications. The service now reaches 90 million monthly active users.
Powered by the Ping An Medical Master large model, the system offers rapid responses with full-process human doctor supervision for functions including symptom screening, medication safety guidance, and health risk assessments. It links with Ping An’s online and offline healthcare network, providing 24/7 support and connecting users to over 3,500 specialists, 5,100 partner hospitals, and 240,000 pharmacies.
The platform enhances family health management with services such as electronic medical record management, chronic disease care, expert appointment booking, and home-based nursing. Ping An Good Doctor said it will continue to expand AI clinical capabilities and offline resources to support the “Healthy China” initiative.
